Hey Paul,
Well my family and I watched the film last night. Really sad that our space vision changes with each new administration. Good thing we have people like Elon Musk taking the lead. Your film is definitely inspiring. What is it going to take to get the U.S. interested in space again. Thank you for all your efforts.
I have been doing some really crazy aerospace projects with students in 5th through 12th grade over the past several years. Our last project gave the students the ability to virtually reach near space, and fly a UAV back from near space. We set the worlds record for highest RC airplane flight. Our students have been to 100,000ft on several occasions. The day we went for the worlds record we only made 75,000ft due to extreme turbulence.
Maybe you can help, I am trying to expand my programs. Trying to figure out where to go from here. I have a lengthy resume. I am currently working with 3 groups. One in Illinois and 2 here in Gilbert AZ. Our next project is to develop a UAV capable of a 14 day flight at 70,000ft.
Here is my web-site.
